Reports are deleted automatically about 24 hours after they are generated, and the link stops working at that point. This is intentional — we do not keep your CV or your report indefinitely. We cannot recover an expired report, so download the PDF while the link is live. Running a new report is free if you have free reports left.

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Confirm the address you typed on the upload form.
• If it is still missing, email us — include the address you used and roughly when you submitted.

The analysis is generated by an AI model and it does get things wrong. If it has misread your CV we would genuinely like to know — tell us what it got wrong and we will look at it. Note that we do not generally refund because the score was lower than hoped; see the Terms for what refunds do cover.

Email us and say so. See Privacy Policy for what we hold, how long we hold it, and your rights to access and correct it. We respond within 30 days and there is no charge.

Use the unsubscribe link in any email we have sent you. Report delivery emails are transactional and are sent whether or not you have unsubscribed from everything else.
