The match score is one number generated by an AI model reading two documents. It reflects how well the text of your CV evidences the requirements written in that ad. It cannot see your interview, your referees, your network, or how the hiring panel will weigh anything.

Our code then applies safety ceilings that can lower the model’s number, for example when a hard requirement is unmet. Those ceilings only ever lower a score, never raise it.

A low score does not mean you should not apply, and a high score does not mean you will be shortlisted. You make the final call.

The model may misread a requirement, miss evidence that is in your CV, or state something with more confidence than the documents support. Where the report shows the CV and job ad text behind a check, read it, and treat anything that looks wrong as wrong.

We instruct the model to build every generated document only from what your CV contains, and we run an automated check over the rewritten resume that removes claims your CV does not support. That check runs on the resume rewrite. The cover letter, the LinkedIn messages, and the follow-up message rely on the instruction alone and are not checked the same way.

So this is how we build the documents, not a promise about every line in them. Read anything we generate before you send it, and confirm every claim in it is true. If you add claims of your own, they are yours.

The service is written for the Australian job market. Reports use Australian English throughout, and Australian work rights are treated as a standing requirement. Reports on ads from other markets may be less reliable.
